Focus on Estates (data and leases) and CAFM.
The project focused on Estates (data and leases) and CAFM (Helpdesk, Maintenance, Accounts Payable). Teams, with Lawrence’s support, held workshops to create documents and import data. Configuration was done in stages for testing and adjustments. The Accounts Payable Interface was developed, tested, and validated, leading to final sign-off and user training.
